About Us:

Getbusy is a professional services provider, specializing in the provision of accounting, taxation, payroll and business management support services to a range of individual and corporate clients.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong accounting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare invoices and track payments
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Support month-end and year-end closing
  • Generate financial reports as needed
  • Work closely with management to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements

  • Ideally proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
