Full job description

Uno Pizza is looking for an experienced wood-fired pizza chef to join our busy, high-energy kitchen in Rathmines.

We’re known for proper Neapolitan-style pizza, using quality ingredients and a simple philosophy: great dough, great produce, no shortcuts.

If you love pizza, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your craft - we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing and stretching Neapolitan-style dough by hand
  • Managing the oven during service
  • Maintaining consistent bake quality during busy delivery and dine-in service
  • Ensuring correct topping, presentation and portion control
  • Managing prep levels and communicating with the kitchen team
  • Maintaining food hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Keeping your section clean, organised and efficient

This is a high-volume kitchen - especially on weekends - so speed, organisation and calm under pressure are essential.
