ABOUT THE COMPANY

Adding to our success & growth, we are actively seeking to hire Full-Time Electrical Sales Assistant for our store in Brown Thomas Dundrum.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Respond to sales enquiries either by phone or direct with customers, provide advice, information, and quotations and ensure the maximum level of sales and margin
  • Offer alternative products, promote cross-brand sales
  • Understand customer’s expectations and needs
  • Monitor customer orders and deliveries
  • Delivering a fantastic customer service experience to every customer
  • Replenishing stock quickly and keeping the store immaculate and well-merchandised
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • An interest in electrical products & staying up to date on new technology
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Must be extremely customer-focused and sales-driven
  • Friendly & Engaging personality
  • Retail Sales Experience
