The Opportunity: We’re on the lookout for a passionate, hardworking, experienced Barista to join our dynamic and creative team. This is a part-time position with weekday hours from 7:15am-3:30pm and weekend hours from 8:45am-4:30pm. If you’re someone who lives and breathes coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a knack for creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Customer Service: Deliver top-quality service that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.
  • Operational Excellence: opening and closing the cafe, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality and presentation of both our coffee and homemade food, ensuring every item we serve meets RóCo’s high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: You’ve worked as a barista before and have strong barista skills.
  • Passion: Coffee is your craft, and you’re equally excited about serving up fresh, homemade food and treats.
  • Reliable: You’re assertive, reliable, and self-motivated, with an eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
