Full job description

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Café Staff Member to join our team. This is a varied role that involves a range of in-store duties, including preparing coffee to a high standard, serving customers, handling food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages (barista experience required)
  • Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming approach
  • Assist with food preparation and display
  • Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café
  • Restock supplies and assist with general store upkeep

Requirements:

  • Proven barista experience is essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
  • Haccap Level 1 qualification
