We are currently recruiting for a part time Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high quality breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Ensure food is well presented and served promptly.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage breakfast service efficiently and work closely with the F&B team.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
• Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organized and compliant with HACCP procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and food safety practices.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends and during wedding events.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Own transport essential due to rural location of the venue and a full clean driver’s license is also required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From €17.00 per hour
