Quality & Compliance Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: North Dublin/Swords - Flexible (Remote / Hybrid – Dublin-based company)
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week

The Role

They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support the business as it works towards achieving ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or compliance professional looking for flexible, part-time work, with real ownership and impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company documentation and records
  • Support the implementation of ISO systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and templates
  • Oversee document control, ensuring version accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain training records, RAMS, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with internal audits and certification preparation
  • Support continuous improvement across quality and safety systems

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience managing structured documentation systems
  • Background in construction, engineering, or a regulated environment desirable
  • Exposure to ISO standards or compliance frameworks advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
