Job Summary

Great kitchen and working conditions if you love working with fresh produce with a great view from your kitchen on the beach well this is your place.

minimum of 2 years experience required for busy A La Carte restaurant located in Watervile, County Kerry, specialising in fresh seasonal local produce and seafood.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with food production and cooking of meals, ensuring high quality standards are met. Ensure all areas of food production and service are running efficiently and effectively at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2 years experience. Must be familiar with HACCP, have excellent communication skills, time management, and works well within a team. Must speak good English and have a visa/work permit to work in Ireland.
