Full job description

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Breakfast Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team.

This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, primarily working breakfast shifts/mostly Weekend Shifts.

Availability Requirements

  • Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday
  • Shifts will commence from 6:30am
  • Applicants must be able to reliably attend these early morning shifts

Deliverables and Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and professional breakfast experience.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring excellent guest service at all times.
  • Engage with guests, respond to requests and assist with any minor concerns in a professional manner.
  • Carry out breakfast set-up, clearing, resetting and closing duties as required.
  • Ensure all service areas are fully stocked, clean and tidy throughout the shift.
  • Process guest payments accurately and upsell products and services where appropriate.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping, hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of the Food & Beverage team and comply with all Hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous and positive attitude at all times

Professional requirements and Experience:
