Full job description
KELLA is a premium, peer-led leadership community for women in senior leadership, currently expanding internationally with London as our first “outside Ireland” chapter.
We're looking for a Fractional Events Lead to own our events function end-to-end - from sponsorship and partnerships through to delivery, spanning both virtual and in-person events.
This is a brilliant opportunity for the right person to join our fun and innovative team. We need an experienced events professional for this hands-on role. You'll work closely with our CEO/Founder and Head of Operations & Membership Experience, alongside our wider team and there will be opportunities to grow this role as KELLA grows.
Events Strategy & Delivery
- Own event strategy end-to-end across KELLA's full events calendar — flagship in-person events (including the Executive Leadership Summit) and virtual/online member events
- Working with the team you will lead all in-person event logistics including goodie bags, vendor and venue coordination, and on-site delivery
- Oversee virtual events, ensuring they feel as premium and well-run as in-person gatherings
- Brief and manage suppliers (e.g., videographers, designers, virtual event platforms) to ensure output aligns with KELLA's brand and content strategy
- Follow and improve events playbook
Sponsorship & Partnerships
- Build and manage the sponsorship pipeline
- Own sponsorship budget and revenue reporting, tracking performance against clear targets
- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities that align with KELLA's premium, women-led positioning
International Expansion Support
- Partner with the operations and chapter teams to plan launch, flagship, and virtual events across Ireland and the UK, with London as the first UK chapter
Brand Alignment
- Work closely with the KELLA team to ensure consistency across brand messaging and assets
- Work with the social media team to plan social media support and campaigns around individual events,
- Feed event learnings and member feedback back into the broader marketing and content strategy
This is an opportunity to join a fast growing company that is changing the world for women in senior leadership positions. Every event is an opportunity for our members to have their next great conversation and who knows the impact that might have!
Please note - This is a part-time/fractional role at 20 hours per week, with a fixed salary of €28,000 per annum (pro rata). Indeed's salary display reflects a full-time equivalent and does not represent the actual pay for this role.
Pay: €56,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Event planning: 7 years (required)
Work Location: Remote
