Full job description

This position is for a part time medical secretary. we are a fully computerised practice using Helix Practice Manager software. The ideal candidate must have experience of working in a busy medical admin role. The position involves dealing with patients face to face, busy phone lines, managing diaries for four GP's and two physiotherapists. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

The role is for Monday 1-6, Tuesday 9-1, Thursday 1-6 & Friday 9-5 - 21 hour contract

As part of a team we expect employees to cover for each other during holidays or sick leave etc. So there may be weeks when you would be expected to work extra hours.
