Based Navan, Co.Meath Join our growing renewable energy team!

About the Role

THIS ROLE IS PART TIME

Monday 1 -5

Tuesday 1-5

Wednesday 1-5

Thursday 1-5

Friday Hours flexible from 9 - 5

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Solar Administrator / Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing solar business. This is a varied role combining office administration, customer coordination, and personal assistant duties to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Solar Administration

  • Manage customer enquiries and schedule appointments
  • Prepare quotations, paperwork, and installation documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, installers, and utility providers
  • Maintain project records and update CRM systems
  • Assist with grant applications, compliance paperwork, and customer follow-up
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Organise travel, bookings, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with document preparation and reporting
  • Support senior management with day-to-day business and personal admin tasks

Requirements

  • Previous administration (solar/renewable energy experience an advantage)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and customer service ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience using CRM or scheduling systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
