Full job description

Nurse on Call is Ireland's leading nursing agency recruiting Nurses, Midwives, Student Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, supplying staff to hospital all over Ireland.

We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time graduate to join our HR/Compliance Department. This is a very interesting and varied position in an extremely busy city centre office based on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2- just off the Green Luas Line. This position would be well suited to a new graduate.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Recruitment of nursing and healthcare staff for hospitals and work-sites nationwide
  • Administering client requests
  • Auditing of healthcare staff files
  • Ensuring phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage email load
  • Liaising with Payroll and Bookings Department to ensure allocated work is attended to efficiently.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Would suit a newly qualified graduate seeking to gain experience.
  • Full training provided.
  • Be person-cantered in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Have knowledge of the Irish Hospital locations.
  • Have outstanding organisational skills due to the busy nature of the office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Be proficient with computers/technology- in particular Microsoft Office Package

Job Type/Category

  • Working week is 36.5 hours with opportunities of paid overtime at premium rates.
  • Office based.
  • Salary €30,000 + depending on experience.
