The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end administration of a number of key compensation and benefits (C&B) processes, while also playing an important role in process improvement, controls and employee experience.

This is a role where you’ll have real ownership and visibility across the organisation, with the opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day operations and longer-term process improvements.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Managing and coordinating weekly, monthly, pensioner and expatriate payrolls
  • Managing pension administration and supporting retirement planning
  • Overseeing share purchase schemes, RSUs and stock options
  • Calculating and processing year-end bonuses and severance payments
  • Managing payroll payments, journals, reconciliations and reporting
  • Acting as a key point of contact for employee payroll and benefits queries
  • Working closely with Finance, Tax, HR Business Partners and external providers
  • Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring strong compliance with controls and GDPR requirements
  • Completing statutory reporting, including Revenue and CSO requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and increased efficiency
  • Preparing regular reports, metrics and dashboards for HR and Finance

ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • At least 5-6 years’ experience managing complex payroll and C&B processes
  • Experience across multiple payroll types, ideally including expatriate and pension payrolls
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial and HR systems
  • Experience with pensions and share purchase schemes
  • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with a focus on identifying process improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High level of integrity, discretion and attention to detail
  • Experience within a multinational organisation would be advantageous
  • HRIS experience
  • IPASS qualification would be beneficial
  • Lean/process improvement experience would also be an advantage
