Position Details;


Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: Mayfield Cork
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Role Type: Office Based - Full Time

Responsibilities;

  • Manage and process payroll
  • Ensure correct data entry of working time
  • Calculate taxes and deductions
  • Manage employee queries
  • Review payroll reports
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Manage & maintain payroll software
  • Ensuring completion of all P30 (PAYE/PRSI/USC) returns.
  • Administering third party deductions eg: health care, union subscriptions, pensions etc.
  • Calculating final pay for employees leaving the Company, including issuing P45s.


Requirements




General Requirements;
  • Finance & Payroll experience
  • Finance software experience
  • Knowledge of (PAYE/PRSI/USC)
  • Ability to conduct a full-time onsite role
  • Flexibility in relation to working schedule
