Join the Rascals Team! Restaurant Staff Wanted (Full/Part-Time)

Looking for more than just a typical restaurant job? Join us at Rascals HQ Taproom and Pizza Restaurant in Inchicore, Dublin 8—a place that’s anything but ordinary! We’re all about serving delicious, world-class wood-fired pizza and pouring 14 taps of our award-winning craft beer brewed on-site. The vibe? Fun, lively, and totally unique. Plus, our tips are some of the best in the business! We also train enthusiastic people to give tours of our brewery, being a representative of our brand!

What we’re looking for:

  • If you’ve worked in a similar role before, that’s a huge plus!
  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude.
  • Someone who’s customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Bar experience is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Fluent English speaker.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve up top-quality food and drinks, always with a smile!
  • Keep up with Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Cashiering standards.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints like a pro.
  • Help maximise sales and revenue—because happy customers = happy tips.
