We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our award-winning bar team here at Off The Bone Gastropub, located in the Great National South Court Hotel. If you are passionate about cocktails, wines, and food & beverage pairings, this is the role that will suit you!!

This position consists of weekday and weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous Bar experience, ideally from a busy bar background.
  • Good cocktail knowledge essential, and Mixology experience a plus
  • Knowledge of local and state regulations related to the bar industry
  • Team player with the ability to multitask and have excellent presentation skills with a fine eye for detail.
  • A true people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
  • Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries and inquiries as part of a daily routine.
  • Level-headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.
  • Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU
