About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant at Dundalk Pharmacy, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will support our pharmacist in the day-to-day running of the dispensary, assist customers with over-the-counter queries, and help maintain a welcoming and professional environment. Because we are newly opened, this role offers real scope to develop your skills and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Advise customers on over-the-counter medicines and health products
  • Manage stock, including receiving deliveries and organising shelves
  • Operate the pharmacy till and process payments
  • Ensure the pharmacy is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
  • Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, confidentiality requirements, and PSI guidelines

What We're Looking For

We are open to candidates who have at least one year of pharmacy experience. What matters most to us is attitude — we want someone who is warm, reliable, and eager to learn or experienced already.
