About the Role

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy while delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers with healthcare, beauty, and wellness products.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor
  • Assist customers with OTC medicines, healthcare, beauty, and grooming products
  • Operate the POS system accurately, including sales transactions and cash handling
  • Assist with merchandising, stock management, pricing, and replenishment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment
  • Respond to telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Assist with general retail and pharmacy duties as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
