Property Photographer & Drone Operator – Meath / Westmeath

Catalyst Media is a property media company providing photography and related media services to estate agents across Meath, Westmeath and Dublin.

We are looking for a reliable, highly trainable photographer to work with us on a self-employed subcontract basis. Most work will be around Navan, Athboy, Mullingar and surrounding areas, with occasional assignments in Dublin.

The role involves attending residential and commercial properties independently and producing media to a consistent company standard.

Typical work includes:

• Interior and exterior property photography
• Drone photography
• Floor-plan scanning
• Occasional additional property media services

We are particularly looking for someone who is:

• Highly trainable and receptive to feedback
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• Practical and capable of using good judgement on site
• Professional when dealing with estate agents and homeowners
• Honest, trustworthy and detail-oriented

Requirements:

• Strong photography fundamentals
• Camera and drone experience
• Full driving licence and reliable own transport
• Comfortable travelling throughout Meath and Westmeath
• Suitable DSLR or mirrorless camera
• Wide-angle lens suitable for interiors
• Tripod
• Smartphone
• Registered or willing to register as self-employed
• Public liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it

Previous property photography experience is desirable but not essential. Full training in Catalyst Media’s property photography system will be provided.

Pay: €120–€140 per completed shoot. Typically 1–2 shoots may be assigned on working days. Hours and workload vary depending on bookings and are not guaranteed.
