Photography Manager – Wonderlights Cork
Seasonal Position | Start Date: 2 November 2026
Photo Experience is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Photography Manager to lead our on-site photo operation at Wonderlights Cork this Christmas season.
This is a hands-on role combining team leadership, guest interaction, photography and sales. You will be responsible for ensuring the photo experience runs smoothly while motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the on-site photography and sales team
- Manage daily team performance
- Oversee the daily setup and closing of the photo operation
- Ensure guests receive a friendly and memorable experience
- Monitor photography quality, sales and key performance targets
- Manage stock and complete daily operational reports
- Provide basic troubleshooting for photography and sales equipment
- Communicate regularly with the Photo Experience operations team
- Ensure company procedures and venue standards are followed
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience supervising or managing a team
- Is confident working in a busy, customer-facing environment
- Is comfortable working with sales targets
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Can motivate a seasonal team and lead by example
- Is dependable, proactive and confident solving problems
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Has an interest in photography, events or guest experience
Previous photography experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Availability
The successful candidate must be available to begin on 2 November 2026 and work throughout the Christmas season. The role will include evenings, weekends and peak festive dates in line with the event schedule.
