DMC Consultancy is a Dublin-based digital marketing, web and app development agency. We work with a wide range of clients across social media management, web and app development, and event operations, including running ICE Expo. We're building out our in-house content capability and are looking for a videographer who can bring energy, craft and reliability to everything from on-site client shoots to studio podcast production.

The Role

As our Videographer & Video Editor, you'll be the person behind the camera and the edit for both client-facing content and our own in-house productions. You'll shoot on location at client sites and events, edit that footage into polished deliverables, and help run and produce podcast recordings in our DMC studio space. This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to someone early in their career who is keen to grow their skills across the full video production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot video content on location at client sites, events (including ICE Expo), and in-office.
• Edit raw footage into finished videos for social media, websites, ads and client deliverables.
• Set up, record and edit podcast episodes in DMC's in-house studio, including audio levelling and multi-camera edits.
• Manage and maintain camera, audio and lighting equipment, and keep the studio production-ready.
• Collaborate closely with the social media team to align video content with campaign and posting schedules.
• Organise and archive raw and edited footage in a clear, consistent file structure.
• Add captions, graphics, colour grading and sound design as needed to bring content up to a polished, on-brand standard.
• Stay current with video and social content trends (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and suggest new formats.

What We're Looking For

• Some hands-on experience shooting and editing video (college projects, freelance, internships or a personal portfolio all count).
• Proficiency with an editing suite such as Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) or DaVinci Resolve.
• Comfortable operating a camera, basic lighting and audio equipment.
• A good eye for framing, pacing and storytelling, especially for short-form social content.
• Well organised, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Full clean driving licence is necessary, given the need to travel to client sites and the location of our offices.
• A demo reel or portfolio link to share with your application.

Nice to Have

• Experience recording or producing podcasts.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects).
• Photography experience.

Pay: €28,300.00-€42,422.80 per year
