Full job description
About us
We're a luxury hospitality venue in the heart of Dublin — known for a premium guest experience, standout drinks, and an atmosphere people want to be seen in. Our brand lives and dies by how it looks and feels online.
We're looking for one meticulous, creative Content Creator to bring our social channels to life — someone with a genuine eye for luxury and a love of storytelling, who can take our creative direction and run with it beautifully.
This is a flexi role, roughly 20–30 hours a week , ideal for a skilled creator who wants a steady creative outlet with a photogenic brand.
The role
You'll own the day-to-day content: shooting, editing, scheduling, and community interaction across Instagram, TikTok, and Stories. The owner sets the brand and creative direction — your job is to execute it flawlessly and elevate it, bringing ideas, detail, and polish to everything that goes out.
A big part of this role is storytelling and building our own in-house content series — recurring, recognisable formats that are fun, premium, and interactive, that people look forward to and engage with. We want content that builds a following, not just fills a feed.
What you'll do
- Shoot high-quality video and photo content on-site — drinks, food, events, service, guest moments, behind-the-scenes
- Edit to a premium standard in Adobe Premiere Pro (video) and Adobe Lightroom (photo)
- Create and run our own in-house series — fun, premium, interactive recurring formats that build recognition, drive interaction, and grow a loyal audience
- Schedule and manage a consistent posting calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Stories
- Produce strong short-form video (Reels / TikTok) — hooks, pacing, trends — and polished Stories
- Drive daily engagement as a growth tactic: proactively interact with other accounts, partners, venues, tastemakers, and the local scene every day to expand reach — plus reply to comments and DMs quickly and in our voice
- Treat interaction and community as a growth engine — the in-house series, daily outreach, and consistent posting all working together to grow followers, reach, and bookings
- Keep everything on-brand and consistent, working to the owner's creative direction
- Bring a meticulous eye for detail — colour, framing, timing, captions, hashtags, and finish
- Turn shoots around reliably and keep a content bank ready to go
What success looks like
This role is measured on interaction and growth, driven by three things working together — great content, recurring in-house series, and daily engagement with other accounts:
- Growing followers, reach, and impressions month on month
- Rising engagement — saves, shares, comments, DMs, and Story interactions
- Recognisable in-house series that people follow and look forward to
- Daily proactive interaction with other accounts building relationships and reach
- Content that ultimately drives bookings and footfall, not just vanity numbers
What you bring (must-haves)
- A strong portfolio / showreel showing a clear eye for luxury / premium content — this is the most important thing
- Meticulous attention to detail — you sweat the small things and it shows in the finish
- A real gift for storytelling — you think in series and formats, not just single posts
- Strong, proven skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom
- Solid end-to-end video production: shooting, framing, lighting basics, sound, editing, colour
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Stories — formats, scheduling, and what drives engagement
- Comfortable engaging with an audience and other accounts daily in a brand-appropriate voice — and understands community interaction as a genuine growth tactic, not just admin
- Reliable and organised, happy to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment (some evenings/weekends)
Nice to have
- Your own equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, gimbal, audio) — strongly preferred
- Hospitality, food & drink, or nightlife content experience
- Graphic/motion basics (After Effects, Photoshop, Canva) for titles, captions, and graphics
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and reading social analytics
What we offer
- Flexi time, 20–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling around shoots and events
- Competitive hourly pay — see options below
- A photogenic venue and constant fresh content opportunities
- Creative input within a clear brand direction — your ideas genuinely shape the content
- Any software required will be paid for in house
- A standout body of work for your own reel
Pay: From €18.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in DUBLIN 2, County Dublin (D02)
