About Multiply Events

Multiply Events is one of Ireland's leading nightlife event promotion and management companies, delivering over 1,000 events and activations annually and welcoming 250,000+ guests every year. Operating at the forefront of modern event marketing, we create some of Ireland's biggest nightlife experiences through innovative branding, social media, and live entertainment. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where your content will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people and you'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas to life.

The Role

We're looking for a talented and creative Videographer / Photographer to capture the energy of our events and produce engaging content across our brands.

This is a hybrid role, with approximately 20 hours per week spent filming and photographing events (primarily evenings, with occasional weekend work) and 20 hours per week dedicated to editing, content planning, and post-production, which can largely be completed remotely. During your editing hours, you'll be required to work from our Aungier Street office approximately one day per week, with the remainder being home-based. Access to our office is available 5 days per week if preferred.

This role offers significant creative freedom, allowing you to develop your own shooting style, experiment with new content ideas, and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of one of Ireland's leading nightlife companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photography and videography across nightlife events, festivals, activations, and corporate events.
  • Produce engaging short and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok & other digital platforms.
  • Edit photos and videos to a professional standard, delivering content quickly to support marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content ideas.
  • Plan and deliver promotional shoots for upcoming events, brands, sponsors, and partners.
  • Ensure key moments, entertainment, activations, and sponsor branding are captured at every event.
  • Organise and maintain an efficient library of digital assets.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, filming techniques, and editing styles to keep our brands at the forefront of nightlife marketing.
  • Assist with interviews, behind-the-scenes content, promotional campaigns, and other creative productions as required.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography work.
  • Excellent editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • A creative eye for storytelling, composition, lighting, and social-first content.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, with occasional weekend work as required.
  • A passion for nightlife, live events, and creating content that people genuinely want to watch and share.

This is an opportunity to work on some of Ireland's biggest nightlife brands while enjoying genuine creative freedom. If you're passionate about creating standout content and want to build an exceptional portfolio in a fast-moving industry, we'd love to hear from you.
