Full job description

Shovelhead Pizza is looking for a pizzaiolo to join our team.

The position requires a minimum of 1 year of pizza making experience in fast paced environment. Familiarity with the wood fire oven is a must.

The pizzaiolo will carry out the following duties:

-making the dough, weighting and rolling the doughballs.

-hand stretching the dough, putting toppings and shovelling pizza in and out of the oven.

-providing portion control.

- implementing and adhering to the company standards and policies.

-helping with the necessary prep as needed.

- following all the HACCP guidelines and keeping up with all the necessary paperwork.

There will be room for advancement for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: €14.50-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
