Full job description

We are looking for a new employee covering the administration role in Lynx transport. This role primarily consists of:

  • Answering customer queries via calls/emails
  • Entering data on our Freight management System
  • Monitoring POD's
  • Processing customer bookings from Online Booking System
  • Uploading manifests to external delivery agents

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an admin role taking calls/emails
  • Computer literacy – Excel/Word experience

Hours 10:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday

Pay: €31,000.00-€33,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
