Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team, provide HR administration and to support recruitment activities across the employee lifecycle.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Junior HR professional who is passionate about people, processes, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all new joiners, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate and manage employee onboarding activities, including pre-employment documentation, and first-day arrangements.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle administration, including contract creation, probation tracking, employee changes, and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring employee records and data are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Support management with country-specific administrative activities, ensuring compliance with local employment requirements and internal processes.
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to employees and management.
  • Support the recruitment process as required, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

What you must have:

  • Degree or Diploma Level Qualification in HR Management and/or Business discipline.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in using HRIS systems.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
