This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Retail Recruiter to add value to the fastest growing food retailer in Ireland, that bring Eastern European TASTE OF HOME to all customers !

You will act as a Partner for Operations and Retail managers in the hiring process: identifying needs, attracting new talents and filling job openings for our stores. You will design the recruitment strategy, job specifications, sourcing candidates, conduct the phone calls interviews and assess for the candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge for the vacancies: Sales assistant, Deli assistant, Supervisor assistant, Shop Supervisor, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job specifications
• Collaborating with Managers and Supervisors to compile a consistent list of requirements
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment platforms, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions: phone interview, online meeting or face to face interview in our Shops if is the case
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
• Completing paperwork for new hires
• Develop Employer branding
• Create a valuable experience for every candidate
• Providing recruitment reports to stake-holders.

Recruiter Requirements:

• Minim one years’ experience with recruitment tools or with the hiring process in Food Retail industry
• Knowledge of employment law and legislation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews including phone screening
• English language proficiency both verbal and written (essential)
• Romanian /Russian/Ukrainian/Polish Speaker would be an advantage
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects
• Good decision-making skills
• Driving license is an advantage
