Full job description

Inglotherm Ltd are looking for Polish speaking, a competent and experienced Construction Site Supervisor/Foreman for an Internal & External Insulation Company. The Construction Site Supervisor/Foreman is responsible for managing day-to-day activities on-site throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management, coordination, and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Assist the project team in monitoring progress to meet agreed program targets. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Work closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and a productive site culture. Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Manage ordering and control of materials on-site.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar role. Ability to prioritize workload, excellent time management, and strong managerial skills.
Ability to work on your own initiative. Keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to deliver successful projects while maintaining a focus on quality. Strong commitment to Health and Safety.
Fluency in both Polish and English. Ability to coordinate a variety of projects.
Salary: €42,000/48,500 per annum depends on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €20.00-€22.00 per hour
