Full job description

South Dublin Auction is looking for a Delivery Person / Auction Porter to join our team.

We are a busy weekly auction, with almost 1000 lots per week. We are looking for a hardworking, positive person to join our porter team. If you are over 25 and hold a full driving license you can join our Delivery and collection team collecting items for the auction from residential and commercial clients. Starting pay for that role is €16 an hour. If you are not over 25 or can't drive you can join our warehouse team and the starting pay for that is €15 an hour.

This is a physically demanding job, you are on your feet all day and will be required to move furniture and other items on a daily basis. As well as collection the porter team is also responsible for organising the warehouse and fetching customers orders so a polite professional manner would be required.

The hours would be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10-5 with an hour for lunch and 10-1 pm on Saturday. It's a busy environment but the great thing about working in an auction house is the variety of goods you see every week.
