Role Overview

The Postroom Operator will be responsible for the daily management of incoming

and outgoing mail within our Dublin office. This role ensures that all postal and

courier services operate efficiently, supporting multiple departments and helping

maintain professional and timely communication with clients, partners, and

regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries

promptly.

  • Prepare, package, and dispatch outgoing mail, ensuring correct postage and

courier handling.

  • Manage relationships with postal and courier services, monitoring service

levels and resolving any issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail, particularly for

registered or sensitive documents

Operate and maintain mailroom equipment such as franking machines,

scanners, and shredders.

  • Support internal document handling procedures, including secure storage,

archiving, and retrieval.

  • Collaborate with Facilities Management and Administration teams to ensure

efficient flow of materials within the company.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in line with company

policies.

  • Adhere to health and safety policies within the mailroom environment.
  • Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €28,000.00-€31,000.00 per year
