About the Role:

Serve as a pre-sales technical support specialist for the solar industry, delivering expert advice on solar and energy storage solutions, supporting system design, product selection, and customer technical enquiries to enable successful project development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training programmes for Solar PV Installation which includes theory & practical learning.
  • Deliver hands on training focused on installation techniques, safety protocols and equipment handling.
  • Regularly update training programmes, incorporate new technologies, industry trends & regulatory changes while staying current with industry standards.
  • Introduce new training methods to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
  • Provide remote and on-site support to customers.
  • Work closely with customers on road shows, product introduction, products information and participate in exhibitions in the Europe region.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in delivering Technical Training & Instruction with a proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programmes would be an advantage.
  • Trade qualifications would be desirable.
  • Experience in solar PV system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to trainees of various skill levels.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning to stay current in industry advancements, new technologies and evolving training methodologies.
