E-Commerce Manager

Location: Ashbourne, Co. Meath

Here at FlexiStaff, we are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow their online sales channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced retail business and play a key role in driving digital growth and online performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce platform.
  • Oversee online merchandising, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Shopping, YouTube, and social media channels.
  • Drive conversion rate optimisation through testing, analytics, and customer journey improvements.
  • Develop remarketing and customer targeting strategies.
  • Monitor website performance, online sales, and key e-commerce KPIs.
  • Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and systems teams to deliver successful online campaigns.
  • Utilise AI tools to improve content, SEO, personalisation, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an E-Commerce Manager or similar digital commerce role.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation, optimisation, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial mindset with a passion for driving online growth.
