Position: Product Manager, Consumer Experience
Reports to: Head of Product
Location: Dublin, Ireland (no relocation), hybrid in office 2 days/week
Employment Status: Full Time
Salary Range: €95000 - €105000 annually

Across our consumer products, we are creating more intelligent, personalized, and engaging experiences that combine sleep science, behavioral insights, continuous sensing, and emerging AI capabilities.

We are looking for a Product Manager, Consumer Experience to own and evolve the end-to-end user experience across SleepScore and Dein Schlaf mobile apps. This role will focus on helping users realize value quickly, build sustained sleep habits, and progress through meaningful milestones in their sleep improvement journey.

You will improve onboarding, in-app guidance, personalization, and lifecycle engagement, while also exploring how AI and emerging technologies can create more adaptive, context-aware sleep experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sleep Science, and marketing teams to translate user needs, behavioral data, and new technology capabilities into product bets that improve user value.

The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with hands-on execution: identifying meaningful user problems, developing holistic product solutions, and using data to improve experience quality, engagement, health outcomes, and commercial impact. They are curious about latest AI capabilities, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to translate new technologies, behavioral insights, and user needs into simple, valuable consumer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the consumer product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end experience across SleepScore and Dein Schlaf products.
• Identify and shape differentiated consumer experiences that solve meaningful user problems.
• Partner closely with science, data, and customer success teams to uncover unmet user needs, prototype new concepts, and create simple, motivating experiences that make improving sleep feel personal and rewarding.
• Design and optimize lifecycle journeys across push notifications, email, and in-app nudges to improve retention and habit formation.
• Partner closely with marketing teams to connect acquisition with a coherent onboarding experience, helping new users understand the product’s value and become engaged users.

What You Bring

• Strong consumer product judgment and product taste, with examples of turning customer insight into intuitive, differentiated experiences that improved both user value and business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate user needs, behavioral insights and growth opportunities into clear product priorities and actions.
• Experience building behavior-change products.
• Demonstrated ability to improve user engagement and retention through onboarding, personalization, in-app guidance, and lifecycle engagement.
• Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities, judgment about where they can create meaningful user value, and comfort testing ideas in ambiguity. Hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, prototyping, and documentation.
