Full job description

Product Design Intern

About the role

We’re looking for a product designer to help shape how marketers interact with MarSci. Our platform runs sophisticated statistical models, but our users are busy marketing managers who need answers they can trust and act on quickly. Your job is to bridge that gap.

You’ll work directly with the founding team on live product work, not side projects. What you design will ship to real clients and end up in your portfolio.

What you’ll work on

  • Redesigning the platform dashboard so that model results, budget recommendations and scenario plans are clear at a glance.
  • Finding intuitive ways to show uncertainty and probabilities, which is one of the most interesting open problems in analytics design.
  • Designing onboarding and core user flows for non-technical users, from connecting data to reading a first report.
  • Running quick user research and usability tests with marketers, and turning what you learn into improvements.
  • Helping build and maintain a consistent design system in MarSci’s brand.

What we’re looking for

  • A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens.
  • Confidence in Figma or a similar tool, including prototyping.
  • An interest in making complex information simple. Experience with data visualisation or dashboards is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and comfort working in a small team where priorities can shift.
  • Students and recent graduates in product design, UX, interaction design, HCI, digital media or related fields are all welcome.

What you’ll get

Pay: €20.00-€50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 10.0 per week
