Progressive Vision is a growing, multi-site eye clinic with locations in Swords and Sandyford. We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our clinics.

Experience:

• Previous experience in administration and/or customer service (required)
• Experience in a medical or clinical setting (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellent service

Salary/Hours: Salary up to €32,000 pa depending on experience. 40 hours per week, flexible between the times of 7:00am to 8:00pm.

Full-time hours: up to 40 per week
