In this role you will ensure regulatory compliance, design and implement scalable operational solutions, mitigate risks associated with non-compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • The Privacy Operations team is supporting our client’s platforms (focus on ensuring that user data privacy requests - such as data access, deletion and portability - are correctly implemented, tested and aligned with global privacy regulations. This includes market-specific requirements in regions such as the EU (GDPR), the US (CCPA/CPRA), Brazil (LGPD) and others. This function is essential for ensuring that our client’s privacy tools for users and back-end workflows are functioning properly, meeting compliance obligations, and maintaining user confidence in various markets.
  • Intellectual property Operations team: Responsible for independently investigating and validating cases across copyright, trademark, counterfeit, and brand rights protection workflows, ensuring adherence to global regulations including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
