Health and Safety Advisor – Dublin
Full-Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary

A well-established and respected construction company is seeking a proactive and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join its expanding team on a high-profile project based in Dublin.

The Role:
You will play a key part in supporting on-site teams to maintain and promote a strong health and safety culture across all operations. Responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular site inspections and audits

Supporting the development and implementation of safety documentation, risk assessments, and method statements

Monitoring compliance with EU and local health and safety regulations

Providing guidance and practical support to the project team

Participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigations

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a health and safety role within a construction environment

Relevant Health and Safety qualification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
