The Company
Our client are experts in the provision of first-class property management services. They are responsible for the management of a broad portfolio of multi-unit residential poperties. Their rapid growth can be attributed to their exemplary professional approach to property management and our proven track record of client satisfaction. They are seeking to hire a Property Inspector. This is a hands-on position of Property Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with the overall management and administration of the property portfolio.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and address any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with property management policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Address tenant concerns, inquiries, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property files, records, and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of property presentations for reletting.
The Person
- Proven experience as a property administrator, property assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of property management principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and financial calculations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle tenant issues diplomatically.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: €29,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
