Lettings & Property management Manager

South Dublin | €40-55k + commission

Full rental lifecycle.

Viewings → RTB → RPZ → maintenance.

Busy South Dublin office.

What you'll do

Advise landlords on rents & RPZ

Do viewings (evenings/weekends ok)

Prep tenancy agreements & RTB reg

Manage repairs & contractors

Inspect properties (in/out & periodic)

Rent reviews, renewals, deposits

What you need

✔ 3-4 years Irish lettings exp

✔ South Dublin knowledge (big plus)

✔ Know RTB, RPZ, BER, landlord law

✔ PSRA Licence B (or working towards)

✔ Full driving licence + own car

✔ Used letman, Fixflo,

➕ IPAV / SCSI / QQI Level 6
