Full job description

A small, high-performing family office with interests in property development, investment, and financial advisory is seeking a hands-on all-rounder to work directly with the principal across a fast-moving portfolio of residential and commercial assets.

This is much more than a desk job. You'll move between site visits, tenant issues, contractor negotiations, and boardroom-level decisions on land moving through zoning, planning, and sale — sometimes in the same day.

What you'll actually do

  • Manage care and maintenance across residential and commercial property, including direct dealing with tenants
  • Sit inside a development team progressing land from unzoned → zoned → planning → sale or joint venture
  • Liaise daily with small builders on site and, when needed, hold your own with large project management teams
  • Bring commercial judgement to asset management decisions on completed developments
  • Work numbers hard — budgets, valuations, feasibility — demonstrating strong theoretical understanding combined with practical application.

Who thrives here

  • A teammate that is self-motivated, hardworking and committed — we value people who understand land, property, and physical work that can focus on action rather than words at the right time.
  • A qualification or genuine passion for property, QS, civil engineering, or project management is welcome, but character matters more than the certificate
  • Numerically sharp, commercially sensible, and unafraid of engaging in challenging conversations
  • Self-starting, thick-skinned, and comfortable in a small team where the pace is set by the principal, not a process manual
  • Long-term thinking: real scope to grow into a senior position over time

We need that rare team player who has specialist technical skills and is equally comfortable in wellingtons and in a boardroom.

If you want a career built on variety, responsibility, and direct exposure to property development — from a field to the finished asset — this is that role.

Pay: From €45,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company pension
  • On-site parking

Work Location: In person
