The Role
As a Waiter / Front of House Team Member, you will be an important part of the guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Providing attentive table service throughout the guest's visit
- Explaining menu items and daily specials
- Answering questions about ingredients and assisting with dietary requirements
- Recommending dishes and drinks where appropriate
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Checking on guests to ensure they are happy with their experience
- Processing cash and card payments accurately
- Maintaining clean and well-presented tables
- Supporting colleagues during busy services
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen and management team
- Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Helping maintain a welcoming and professional restaurant environment
