The Role

As a Waiter / Front of House Team Member, you will be an important part of the guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately
  • Providing attentive table service throughout the guest's visit
  • Explaining menu items and daily specials
  • Answering questions about ingredients and assisting with dietary requirements
  • Recommending dishes and drinks where appropriate
  • Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
  • Checking on guests to ensure they are happy with their experience
  • Processing cash and card payments accurately
  • Maintaining clean and well-presented tables
  • Supporting colleagues during busy services
  • Communicating effectively with the kitchen and management team
  • Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
  • Helping maintain a welcoming and professional restaurant environment
