What you’ll do
With us, you can lead the AI transformation that shapes the future of our business.
- In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our AI strategy, working across every department to uncover opportunities where artificial intelligence can truly make a difference. You’ll collaborate with leaders in Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and beyond to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Your mission will be to analyse workflows and data flows, pinpoint pain points, and propose AI-driven enhancements—whether through automation, predictive analytics, natural language processing, or intelligent decision support. You’ll build compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI, feasibility, and risk mitigation, ensuring every initiative aligns with our strategic goals. - As a trusted advisor, you’ll engage stakeholders through workshops and interviews, fostering buy-in and inspiring confidence in AI’s potential. You’ll champion data integrity and compliance, ensuring that every solution meets the highest standards. Beyond delivery, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices and shaping frameworks, tools, and templates that enable scalable AI adoption.
- This is a role for a visible leader—someone who can navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence change in a fast-paced environment. You’ll not only deliver projects on time and on budget but also track benefit realisation, ensuring that every initiative creates tangible business value. Your work will transform how we operate today and set the foundation for a smarter, more innovative tomorrow.
Who we are looking for
- Proven experience in business process optimisation, digital transformation, or operational excellence
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in business
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change leadership across diverse teams
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and inspire
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) or AI/ML fundamentals are a plus
- Business acumen with a solid understanding of technology and emerging trends
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
