Description:

We are a leading Sign and Graphics Company seeking a motivated and experienced Production Manager with relevant industry skills to support our busy operation.

You will oversee various sign projects, working to timescales and budgets, whilst communicating with customers to ensure requirements are met. Responsible for production and scheduling to purchasing and quality control, you must be motivated, highly organised, innovative and detail-oriented to meet the challenges of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating the workloads of production and sign installation.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up and working with the client.
  • Ensure sign projects are completed on time and to a high quality standard.
  • A hands-on role as required with application of vinyl to a variety of surfaces, including vehicles and window graphics.
  • Maintain and develop customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Arrange and conduct client appointments, site visits and site surveys.
  • Coordinate and present creative sign solutions, designs and visuals for various sign projects.
  • Ensure workflow is optimised and all design, production work and installations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Support accounts staff to process sales and purchase invoices.

Skills required:

  • Good signage product and manufacturing knowledge with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and be a good team player.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple sign projects.
  • Knowledge of Clarity Management Software or similar Workflow Systems.
  • Design Software Knowledge an advantage.
  • An understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
  • A full clean Driving Licence.

This is a full-time position working normal office hours. The successful applicant will need to be flexible to work outside of these hours as required.
