Full job description

Hartley People Recruitment in partnership with our client are hiring for an Electrical Project Manager in Ireland (with international travel across Europe).

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead major industrial projects across Europe, including data centres, pharmaceutical plants and electrical substations. This role involves full project lifecycle management from initial design reviews to final commissioning while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the electrical scope of large-scale industrial projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Manage project schedules, procurement processes, technical documentation, and on-site coordination.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory, safety, and technical standards, including HV/LV systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, managing communications, reporting, and change control.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Electrical Project Management.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a rotational basis.
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
