The Role
BiaSol has opportunities for General Operatives to join our production team in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
As a key member of our production team, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team on a paced production line to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Carry out production duties including cleaning, packing, labelling, and product handling.
- Work across all areas of the factory as required.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of all products and production processes.
- Complete all required training and follow work instructions in all areas.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Record production and quality information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure quality guidelines and SOPs are adhered to in all production areas.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and minimise downtime.
- Ensure machinery and production processes run efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements including HACCP and BRC standards.
- Undertake flexible working hours when required to meet production demands.
- Physical requirement to lift and carry loads of up to 25kg.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food manufacturing, bakery production, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Previous bakery experience would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- HACCP certification is desirable.
- Manual Handling certification is desirable.
- Experience working in cleanroom or highly controlled manufacturing environments is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of cause-and-effect relationships.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Schedule
- 5 days per week
- Monday to Friday
- No weekend work
Pay: €14.15-€20.00 per hour
