Full job description

My client is a midlands based, long established, modular manufacturer that design, manufacture and install buildings, everything from houses, to apartments to schools to schools.
With a staff of nearly 90 and a top class manufacturing division in the Midlands they are looking for a senior QS to join their team as they continue to expand.

Not your traditional QS position this Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across both the manufacturing and construction dimensions of each project, requiring a commercial professional who is comfortable with production cost modelling, factory throughput analysis, and supply chain procurement alongside traditional contract administration and cost management.

Pay: €80,000.00-€111,000.00 per year
