JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION:
AnaBio Technologies is a global leader in micro‑encapsulation technology, enabling fragile bioactives to be protected at a microscopic level so they can withstand processing, storage, and digestion. This proprietary platform makes it possible to deliver evidence‑based health benefits to consumers and patients, addressing global challenges such as immunity, obesity, and metabolic health. AnaBio’s extensive IP portfolio, grounded in human clinical trials, comprises more than 15 patent families. The company partners with blue‑chip multinational food, beverage, and health companies, offering contract research, technology licensing, and commercial supply of micro‑encapsulated ingredients.
This role is a hands‑on, versatile R&D scientist position combining strong analytical expertise with practical project leadership across laboratory, pilot‑plant, and desk‑based activities. The successful candidate will be comfortable switching seamlessly between generating high‑quality analytical data, supporting pilot‑plant trials, interpreting results, and communicating outcomes through written reports, presentations, and client interactions. The role is ideally suited to a scientist who enjoys variety, ownership, and operating at the interface of science, application, and delivery.
