We work with leading technology vendors (e.g. Qualtrics, Qlik, Zendesk) to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients, in the practice areas of eXperience Management (XM), Data Analytics (DA) and Customer Engagement (CE).


The Role

Are you a recent or soon to be graduate from a technical or business discipline, who would like to develop a career as a consultant working with some great clients and technologies? Capventis is looking for graduates who have what it takes to become great consultants.

Experience is not a pre-requisite – what we seek is a mix of technical ability, commercial acumen, people skills, communications, problem-solving, work ethic and personality. If you are that type of person, then we would like to meet you to find out more.

The company would like to meet graduates who might join our team of consultants, delivering technology-based services and solutions to our clients. Candidates will be considered for XM, DA or CE roles initially, depending on their education, skills and interest. Successful applicants will be given training and will have many opportunities to grow their experience and careers in a fast-moving and rapidly growing environment.

The successful candidates will be enthusiastic about broadening their skills. You will possess a strong academic record, having qualified in a relevant degree course, and will be able to display initiative, an ability to learn quickly and have a flexible approach to working.

Candidates need to have very good written and verbal communications skills and would be expected to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Required

  • A degree in one the following disciplines (or other relevant areas):
  • Engineering, Computer Science
  • Business & Technology, Digital Marketing
  • Data Analytics, Mathematics

Desirable

  • Knowledge of some of the following:
  • Data visualisation (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Market Research / Experience Management (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia)
  • Business systems and processes (e.g. CRM, Support Desk platforms)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Project management
  • Web Development Technologies (PHP, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript)
