Full job description

LAYA Health & Wellbeing Clinics are looking to expand their reception team in Dublin. The suitable candidate should preferably have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Medical or Customer Service environment. They should enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Medical Receptionist duties include:

· Welcoming and registering patients on to the patient management system

· Ensuring a swift journey for the patients attending the clinic

· Answering a high volume of phone calls and transferring as necessary

· Managing the group email inbox

· Assisting with some radiology admin duties

· Scheduling and confirming appointments

· Communicating with GP’s as necessary

Financial Duties:

· Collecting payments

· Submitting LAYA Insurance claims

Additional pay:

Experience:

· Medical Receptionist 2 years (Preferred)

· Customer Service 2 years (Preferred)

· IT skills- Electronic patient records, Microsoft teams, Word, Excel (Preferred)

· Strong Communication Skills (Telephone, Email, Face to Face)

Work Schedule:

  • 13 hour shift
  • 3 day week - Monday to Sunday.
  • Clinic is open 365 days a year.

Pay: €14.79 per hour
