Full job description

We are looking for a friendly person to join our team.

In our orthodontic office, the receptionist is responsible for tasks such as greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone calls and emails, processing billing and insurance claims, and maintaining office organization and cleanliness.

Our receptionist act as a crucial administrative link between patients and the dental team, requiring strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to ensure a positive and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Interaction: Greeting patients in person and over the phone, answering questions about treatments and services, and providing a friendly and reassuring presence.
  • Appointment Management: Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments, and proactively filling cancelled slots to maximize clinician hours.
  • Administrative Tasks: Managing phone calls, emails, and mail, filing documents, scanning medical records, and maintaining patient databases.
  • Financial Operations: Handling patient payments, processing insurance claims, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to billing and accounts.
  • Office Coordination: Keeping reception areas tidy, managing office supplies, and assisting with any local administrative tasks.
