About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our guests. You will deliver a seamless check-in and check-out experience, support guest queries, and contribute to the smooth running of the Front Office department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally while delivering a high-standard, personalised service
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs and reservations efficiently using our hotel systems
  • Handle guest enquiries in-person, by phone, and by email
  • Assist with billing, payments, and daily cash procedures
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest stay
  • Maintain the lobby and front desk areas to brand standards
  • Support the Front Office Manager and wider team as needed

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • A positive attitude, warm personality, and genuine passion for guest service
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Desirable:

  • Front Office or hotel reception experience
  • Experience with PMS systems such as Opera or similar
  • Additional languages
