Full job description

Receptionist/Administrator required immediately for an extremely busy dental practice! This is a great opportunity to join our fantastic front of office team. Previous experience working in a dental practice a definite advantage - ideally suited to someone with dental nursing experience. Approx 33.30 hrs per week Monday to Thursday - no Fridays or weekends required.

  • Applicants must be enthusiastic, confident and more importantly friendly, with good PC skills and computer literacy
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
  • Good punctuality is essential and you must have empathy, patience & excellent communication skills - you are the first person to greet our patients
  • General admin duties including typing referrals, scanning reports, photocopying & registering new patients
  • Booking and confirming patients appointments by phone, text and email
  • Responding to emails from patients and other specialists
  • Taking and recording payments and balancing at the end of the day

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: €16.00-€18.00 per hour
