Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team. With offices in Dublin & Cork and building on over 53 years’ experience, Survey Instrument Services are a leading supplier of Surveying & Construction equipment & services throughout Ireland.
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the reception area while providing administrative support to the wider team.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Role
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiries promptly.
- Assist with customer account queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with purchase invoice processing.
- Match delivery notes to invoices.
- Support credit control administration.
- Update company CRM on a daily basis.
- Assist with company events. Support managers with ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years + Previous experience in a similar role
- Tech-Savvy Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM package desirable
- Strong administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and Dynamic
- Highly self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and establish good working relationships.
