Full job description

We are a new GP Practice based in Dublin 15. We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis consisting of 16 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:(but not limited to)

  • Managing patient queries and appointment bookings (phone and in person).
  • Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service.
  • Handling Payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Administration tasks, including filing, scanning, in/out-going post and general office work.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous GP Receptionist experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism and IT proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
