Full job description

Women’s Fitness, one of Ireland's leading fitness centres, is adding to our sales and customer service team at our gym in Castletroy. Full time and part time roles are available.

Experience in a busy sales environment (especially in the health, fitness and beauty sectors) will be a distinct advantage and will be reflected in the pay offered.

Customer Service is a key element of this role. Customer experience is one of the most important things for us and we need you on our team if you can help to deliver an amazing experience for our customers.

The role involves advising customers on the best options for their gym, classes, nutrition and personal training needs. The role is fully based in-house and you will be dealing with inbound enquiries and existing customers by phone, email and social media.

Full training is provided. Further development is encouraged and company funded courses are available along with inhouse training. Monthly performance development sessions help you to further your development.

We have ongoing company events throughout the year including external training, staff parties, motivational speakers and more.
